Free shipping applies to orders paid in advance (prepayment):
- with DHL courier shipping for orders whose value exceeds 500 zlotys
- with Paczkomaty InPost shipping for others whose value exceeds 300 zlotys

OTHER INFORMATION ON TERMS OF DELIVERY
Shipment packaging - delivered at the request of discretion, the ordered goods are delivered in a cardboard box, which is protected against unauthorized opening by adhesive tape. The content of the package is protected. A waybill with the recipient's service will be stuck on the package prepared in this way. Small items are sent in other packages protected in a similar way. The packages do not contain any additional inscriptions other than those required by delivery companies.
Courier shipping and COD courier shipping – services are provided via courier throughout Poland. For orders placed before 2pm and paid in advance via transaction system or direct transfer (date of depositing the payment counts) or COD, the parcel is delivered on a next working day (as a rule: until 5pm).

Shipping out of Poland (in EU) – reFForm Fetish Store sends parcels abroad through couriers.
reFForm Fetish Store does its best to make customers’ wishes come true, however we may not be able to guarantee processing of all orders. The example of a non-standard wish which we cannot complete is a request not to post additional descriptions not being respected by transporting companies, e.g. „Leave in the guardroom”, „Leave at the neighbor’s”, etc. Such descriptions cannot be added.
